How does a custom kit work?
Upload your photo, pick your size, canvas and number of colors, and check out. We turn your photo into a custom numbered canvas, match every paint pot to it and ship your kit to you. Please allow 7–14 days to create and deliver your kit.
Do I need any painting experience?
No. Match each numbered paint pot to the numbered shapes on the canvas and fill them in, one color at a time. The reference sheet shows every number, even after you paint over it. Pick 24 colors for your first kit.
How many colors should I choose?
24 colors (beginner friendly): a simpler design with fewer details, good for a first kit or a quicker project. 36 colors (more detail): more detail and shading, a good balance for most painters. 48 colors (most detail): the finest shading and the most detail, for painters who want a challenge.
Which photos work best?
Sharp, bright photos where the faces or pets fill most of the frame. Avoid dark, blurry or far-away shots.
When will my kit arrive?
Please allow 7–14 days to create and deliver your kit. Shipping is $5.95, FREE on orders over $100. The product page shows your estimated delivery dates, and you get a tracking link by email when it ships.

What if my kit arrives damaged or defective?
Damaged or defective? We'll replace it free — tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem with your order number. The same goes for missing paints. Custom kits are made from your photo, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Designer kits: 30-day returns (unopened).
What if I run out of paint?
Want spare paint? Add an Extra Paint Set to your order: a second full set of your kit's numbered paints. If a paint arrives missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free.
