Refund policy

Custom kits (made from your photo) Custom kits are made to order from your photo, so they can't be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged or defective? We'll replace it free. That covers a kit that arrives damaged or defective, or with paints missing. Tell us within 7 days of delivery: email us a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or the missing paints. You don't need to send anything back.

Want spare paint? Add an Extra Paint Set to your order.

Designer kits and add-ons Designer kits: 30-day returns. Unopened designer kits and add-ons can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us to start a return. If one arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

Cancellations You can cancel a custom order for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't gone into production yet.
