How does a designer kit work?

Pick your canvas, rolled or framed, and check out. Your kit arrives with the design printed on a numbered canvas, every paint pot pre-mixed and numbered to match, and the brushes you need. Please allow 7–14 days for delivery.

Do I need any painting experience?

No. Match each numbered paint pot to the numbered shapes on the canvas and fill them in, one color at a time. The reference sheet shows every number, even after you paint over it.

Which kit should I start with?

New to painting? Pick one from Beginner Friendly: bigger shapes and simpler designs. Want something quick? Try a Mini Set.

Can I paint my own photo instead?

Yes. Our custom kit turns any photo you love into a numbered canvas: your pet, your people, your favorite place. It counts toward Buy 2, Get 1 FREE too.

When will my kit arrive?

Please allow 7–14 days for delivery. Shipping is $5.95, FREE on orders over $100. The product page shows your estimated delivery dates, and you get a tracking link by email when it ships.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?

What if my kit arrives damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective? We'll replace it free — tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem with your order number. The same goes for missing paints. Custom kits are made from your photo, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Designer kits: 30-day returns (unopened).

What if I run out of paint?

Want spare paint? Add an Extra Paint Set to your order: a second full set of your kit's numbered paints. If a paint arrives missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free.
